Review: Tokyo Bust Express

First thing to establish – I’m actually pretty okay with my body image. Do I think I have the perfect body? Hell no. But over the years, I guess I’ve grown to accept myself for the way I am. Do I wish for larger boobs? Not really. But I do like the idea of taking care of what I’ve been given, and making them look the best to the best of my ability.

Of course, as we age, our boobs will tend to start pointing downwards. That’s just science. Gravity. And I guess what I’m trying to achieve here is not necessarily larger boobs, but just firmer, and nicer shaped ones, I guess.

I have never delved into the world of bust enlargement, I don’t know anything about it other than the fact that I may be should be taking better care of my body. I once watched a Taiwanese girl at the gym, massaging her bust and lymph nodes after her session, and it was fascinating because I just somehow never thought that it was something people did. But there she was, quite oblivious to the number of people casually having chats within eyesight of her, massaging herself into bigger boob-dom.

My friend has previously raved to me about Tokyo Bust Express before. Admittedly, she had only gone for 2 sessions, but had felt a fair bit of difference within those 2 sessions. She gave fair warning to me that there was some level of discomfort involved, of course, the first involving flashing your boobs to a stranger, and the next being the physical discomfort of the massage. “But it is all worth it” – She assured me.

So I turned up for my appointment, feeling hopeful with a tinge of skepticism. If you ask me, I’m definitely a cynic. I don’t really subscribe to trends easily and it takes a lot to convert me. My appointment was at Paya Lebar, which was already a huge plus for me, because it was just a 5 minute drive away from my place. It was in an accessible, easy-to-find spot, great, with a wide frontage and bright lights, so, overall very good.

Once I got over and done with the contact tracing check-ins/temperature checks and what-not, I was led into a consultation room and handed some forms to fill out, to figure out my concerns and what I wanted to work on. The services range from bust firming, lifting, enhancing and detox. While I stated earlier that my concern was mainly lifting, OF COURSE, I had to be greedy and selected enhancement as a concern as well. I was already there, so, what the heck, might as well right.

According to my therapist, Joan, mammary glands are mainly responsible for the size of our breasts, and the number of glands we have vary between individuals. To increase bust size, part of the treatment plan is to massage the mammary glands to encourage them to grow, and for that reason, the more mammary glands we have = the more room for expansion. After our consult, Joan determined that I had many, but small in size, mammary glands, which meant that the treatment would be very effective on me! Yay!

After a short cleansing (of my boobs), Joan started on the Bust Up Therapy which is a chest and lymphatic massage which was meant to stimulate the growth of the mammary glands, as well as rid the body of harmful toxins and waste. This in term helps to enhance metabolism (Yay!) and the immune system.I won’t lie, it did feel a little uncomfortable at the beginning, but after a couple of minutes, you kind of get used to the sensation and it didn’t quite bother me. Each side took about 10 minutes, and we were done with the massage.

We then moved on to the next bit of the therapy which was the Bust Suction Therapy which basically looked like two clear kettles strapped onto your chest. The machine comprises clear large cups with suctions at the base, to help shape your boobs to make them look fuller and rounder, AND, it helps to rid you of those damned armpit fats. This part of the session was surprisingly relaxing, and the machine whirring kind of provided some white noise which pulled me into a short nap.

After the session, photos and measurements were taken to compare against the before shots that we had taken at the start of the session, and I kid you not, I was blown away by the results. While I can’t show you the images (no, I wouldn’t traumatize you that way), we had marked out my nipple position before, and after the session, and the results are clear as day here.

That’s at least a 2cm lift in my nipple position (sorry if this is TMI), I really don’t. know how else I can quantify the results in a legal way for my readers to view. I also felt that my boobs were fuller and rounder after the session, which really surprised the skeptic in me! Of course, maintenance of the sessions is required for results to be more permanent, so all I can say is – go give it a try and see how you feel about it yourself.

Here’s a short vlog I did of my experience – just know, it’s nothing to be shy about and it was really a pleasant experience!
