Stargazing with TOBI

I had many ideas for this Tobi bodysuit before it arrived, but I took one look at it when it got to me and realized that this piece is a stunner on its own and not much styling is really required. Of course, if I were going to go all out on a look, this would make a perfect layering piece as well! For this look, I opted to play with makeup instead, and went for a smokey cat-eye look, with a bold red lip, finished off with my usual messy bedhead.

The body chains are one of my latest acquisitions from .. tada.. Forever 21. They have the most awesome accessories and you literally can find almost anything in there, but quality-wise, I don’t really have high hopes for these as they feel like they have a direct correlation with the price. Also, these are a pain to store, though, so unless de-tangling knotted chains are your thing, I’d strongly recommend keeping the cardboard thingamjig they come in, just so you can hang them out straight.

The bodysuit, gorgeous as it is, is unfortunately a tad too big for me. I’d opted for size M since S was no longer available and now I realize that I have to re-evaluate my shopping habits. I have a myriad of mis-sized items in my wardrobe that don’t fit, basically because my size is expandable depending on the availability and price of the item. (BAD SHOPPING HABIT) Anyway, if you’d like a reference, I’m a usual UK8, which should fit Tobi’s size S nicely.
