Mamonde is now available at Tangs, VivoCity, Singapore!

Did I just hear a big hurray from all the Korean beauty aficionados in Singapore?

If you haven’t heard of Mamonde, then you obviously haven’t been reading my blog because they come up pretty often in my posts. Mamonde is a premier  brand for floral-based Korean skin care and cosmetics, and each of Mamonde’s products are evoke the scents, silkiness, and powerful energy of nature’s finest florals, encouraging women to hone their natural beauty.

Established in 1991, Mamonde was launched in Singapore only earlier this year, and made their online foray in March via Lazada and Zalora, and are now finally available in their very own brick and mortar space located at Tangs, VivoCity!

The beauty counter located within Tangs, VivoCity is beyond gorgeous. Everything from the woodwork, to the floor tilings and framed press flowers present an idyllic, and charming simplicity – I could spend an entire afternoon (which I kinda did) just testing out skincare and makeup in that beautiful space.

Go test out Mamonde’s latest makeup products which are yet to be launched (boo!) like the rose embossed blushes that come in pretty peaches/pinks/nectarines, as well as eyeshadow quads, and Mamonde’s very own dual tint lip balms which I can attest, are really moisturizing for the lips! From what I gather, those will be launched in a couple of weeks, so get your wallets out and get ready to shop!

This is like the travel section for me, as sheet masks and hand creams are, to me, a must have for anyone intending to travel! I’m not a big hand cream person, but somehow I use them a lot more when I travel because there’s always this one friend in my friend group who cannot live without them. I guess I’m just more used to people ‘handing’ me creams to use (geddit, geddit??)

For long flights, I like to have a sheet mask handy, so I can just pop it on to freshen up my skin mid-flight. The air is usually so stale on the plane, and I’ll be honest, I get mild anxiety attacks, so the soothing scent from a sheet mask also helps to ease my panicky self a little.

At the launch, I also learnt that Mamonde’s latest Hydro Floral Ampoule Toner can be used on top of your makeup to just give it a dewy, healthy finish that the Korean girls seem to naturally have. That’s one toner hack I’m gonna be trying out real soon.

Okay, so enough about me and my idiosyncrasies ; to celebrate the launch, there is a bunch of promotions going on right now, you can check them out on Mamonde’s Facebook page here.

Also, with a minimum spend of SGD$10, you can apply for Mamonde’s membership program and receive discounts on purchases made in your birthday month, as well as  points which can be used to redeem exclusive gifts and products. For more details, visit Mamonde, Tangs VivoCity, Level 1.

P.s. Look out for these new products – the embossed rose blushes, dual tint lip balm, and rose water cooling gel (all coming soon in June!)
